There is a strong need for this type of business. The owner of the restaurant is extremely friendly you feel welcome. However if they want to be more than an other mediocre take out place, they have to change cook. This is not good homestyle thai. even the rice was too dry. We will definitely check the place again in couple month to give them time to get their act together in the kitchen. They were truly happy to hear how welcome they are in the neighborhood when I told them I got their number from the web site. The service is friendly and quick, the decor is nice enough and the food was fantastic. We'll definitely be returning often. Make sure you try the "spicy basil chicken" (I think that's what it was called) and the peanut sauce. I know it's a free country and all the rest of it, but what we don't need are more crappy major chains like DD. If a major chain could come in, I'd have Starbucks--it would add something we don't have (a coffee shop) and be able to pay the inflated rents. And, maybe, it would stimulate more commercial diversity.
