Apparently they are up all over Bensonhurst, Bath Beach, and the lower east side. I read that the website redfishsmoking.com is owned by someone in Bath Beach.
I doubt we will ever know for sure cause whomever is doing it is setting themselves up for a nice fine....

redfishsmoking. is a garffiti writer. he is posting up these flyers everywhere as a way of getting noticed.. graffers call it "getting ups". one fo the fliers has a pic of a women with male secretion on her face... nasty but funny...TEHAMA 4 EVER
you could call it part of our edgy urban world, but let's face it, the folks who do this come from the land of morons. When I was in college ages back, this kind of 'art' was called masturbatory. Am I on the right track?
