We will discuss 23 Caton Place, the 7-story, 107-unit condo building
that is currently an unfinished skeleton. We will discuss neighbors'
concerns about the site as well as the possibility of finding a
responsible developer who could complete the project. We will be joined
by representatives from the NYC Departments of Housing, Preservation and
Development, Transportation, Sanitation, and the Housing Development
Corporation.
