Wow, what a pile of shit! 23 Caton should be converted into luxury horse stables.
Say they somehow manage to get the construction going again. Will there be anyone to move in? Rumor has it that Kensington leads Brooklyn in new-condo vacancy.
An update (link below) on "The Garbage Trail" along Ocean Parkway's service road, which has since been cleaned up by the Parks Department - big thank you!

rosesman, I just sold my coop for 3 times what I paid for it 5 years ago. Now I can afford to move to a decent neighborhood and I'm very much looking forward to it.

I was by the community garden dropping off compost and went back via the service road just to see, and it does look much better. I agree with Chris I kinda like it here. And Snarky now I know people really do say that, why is still a mystery to me...
Yah, I dropped off some compost at the community garden too last night, after a night of drinking.
