Please help your neighbors west of Church! Above is one view of the 'vacant' lot at 31-35 Church Ave. Local residents have been asking people to call Greiner-Maltz (the broker) and tell them to clean up the lot. If you'd like to put an end to this mess please call and leave a quick message. One neighbor has had rats come from this lot into her yard for years but her complaints have gone without response. We are told that with the exception of the garbage the lot has sat empty over twenty years! Below is the information from local residents for the broker of the lot. Snarky, some of us old timers would like our neighborhood to be clean too. Get a hold of yourself!
I wish the city could repo this space and turn in into a park or garden. It has sat there like this for twenty five years. Does anyone know if they ever do that?
Whoa - rats - 311 should be called so the Health Dept. can put pressure on the broker to clean this place up. Once there are rats, I believe the Health Dept. wants to(or has to) get involved.
