Post Office Consumer Advocate

We've tried to go to the post office 3 times in the last week and been turned off by the long lines and complaints we've gotten wind of through the yahoo group. Luckily we got a helpful hint from a neighbor!
If your local Postmaster hasn't been successful in solving your problem and you have already been in touch with someone from the Post Office's Consumer Affairs office the next step to take is to contact:
Consumer Advocate
475 L'Enfant Plaza SW
Washington DC 20260-2200
I also found an email address for the Post Master General... I sent an email there yesterday myself and haven't received a reply, but the email didn't bounce so I suspect that it's a good address: pmgceo@usps.gov
