There was a car alarm going off for quite some time in the middle of the night on E. 4th St., between Church & Albemarle!
Okay people! It's been proven that these loud alarms don't deter criminals from breaking into your car or stealing your stuff. Loud alarms that repeat and go off for hours at a time should be removed. If you really want a deterrent get a LoJack or another device that tracks your car. Especially if the alarm is sensitive enough to go off from a Harley or bus going by.
