The Fort Hamilton Condo's we've been watching go up for some time now are being listed by Corcoran. $560k for a 2 bed 2 bath seems a little pricey to us but probably going rate. We also aren't into the layout (check out the floor plan at Corcoran) and feel there are some corrections to be made in the listing. Other than that....
