What a difference a month and a half makes! When we last checked in with this building we were surprised the developer could construct over the windows of 40 Tehama. We quickly learned that lot line windows were allowed to be built over. Residents on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors got the short end of the stick on this one!

New Construction on Tehama
What a difference a month and a half makes! When we last checked in with this building we were surprised the developer could construct over the windows of 40 Tehama. We quickly learned that lot line windows were allowed to be built over. Residents on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors got the short end of the stick on this one!
