Development Day - Yeah!

Let's start with this beauty right off the Prospect Expressway. We believe it's 235 Ocean Pkwy and today we saw loads of drywall being lifted into a 3rd floor window. We also saw that two (or one big one) of the apartments on the 1st floor were sold as denoted by signs across the windows. We're pretty sure there are no walls in this place yet so if they are in fact sold what does that say about the people buying in? Didn't they read that article in the NY Times section on buying into new developments! The other thing we're wondering is if these are in fact floor through because of the balcony like doors on only one side. Anyone got any info on this beauty? We don't see any Corcoran signs (or any other 'reputable' agent) and aren't sure what that means...
