A while ago we posted a photo of a stop work order for this site. A few days ago we passed sans camera only to find something we really wish we had the camera for... On the curb was a small pickup filled with a few generators all of which had long extension cords running over the sidewalk into the site. We sure don't know what they were powering but could that have been legal?
