This store is located right off Fort Hamilton on E3rd St across the street from Immaculate Heart of Mary School. We called the number on the For Rent sign and was told the space was 800 sq. ft and would go for $1200 per month. That seems in line with what rents in this nabe should go for at $18 a square foot. Note: Commercial rents are calculated as annual rent (1200 x 12 = 14,400) divided by the square footage (14,400/800 = 18). We know this space was a fruit stand for about a minute but don't remember anything before that.
